Occupational Health Solution

Occupational health and safety is a discipline with a broad scope involving many specialized fields. In its broadest sense, together with our partners we aim at:

  • Helping employers to mitigate the risk of litigation by scanning the environment
  • Help to review the occupational health and safety policies
  • Promote and provide pre-employment medicals, periodical assessments and exit medicals
  • To conduct environmental hygiene to ensure promotion and maintenance of the highest degree of physical, mental and social well-being of workers in all occupations
  • the identification and prevention of occupational hazards
  • the adaptation of the environment based on assessment outcomes.

Successful occupational health and safety practice requires the collaboration and participation of both employers and workers in health and safety programmes. It involves the consideration of issues relating to occupational medicine, industrial hygiene, toxicology, education, engineering safety, ergonomics, psychology, etc. As mentioned earlier, Kenwell has a network of skilled nurses and doctors  specialising in the provision of on-site clinical screening services to various organisations such as SMME’s to large, multiple site operations, in both private and public companies in South Africa.
